Pros

Company well known to public and clients have confidence to your work. Good second job as you can work in the evenings and weekends with reasonable pay.

Cons

Company expects you to follow the rules which you might think that they are not the best considerations to the clients.

Pros

Professional and friendly colleagues and office leaders Extensive employee training before the tax season is very helpful to do a good job Office leader and other seniors offer lots of support and help

Cons

Some office locations are not conveniently located. As you progress within the company each year as a tax professional, you have to pass the same personal income tax exams. However, the new things you learn each year is not a lot. And you also don't get to do corporate tax, most of the returns are simple personal income tax.
