Pros

You are able to have somewhat of a “normal” 9-5 schedule that doesn’t include weekends. You also were not required to know how to do tax returns.

Cons

There is limited training and the compensation for the amount of work is not worth the guaranteed stress.

Pros

Management will help you learn most of what you need, there's a few things you'll have to pick up as you go. Training was comprehensive, online courses. I learned a lot Vibe of the office was mostly great, there were some stressful days as expected

Cons

I didn't have any real complaints from working there other than the customers. They can be extremely rude when you're just trying to help My interview process was alright. Mine was a unique situation because someone accidently reset my probationary period- which is not the norm, so I had to wait longer to get hired.

Challenging work in a fun way. Helping people. Nice coworkers.

Cons

Terrible training. How to sell things other than taxes and minimal training on taxes. Managers are all about get it done fast and get their money. She doesn't care if it's even close to right as long as we get the money.

Base salary with yearly performance incentive. Development is top notch for full time leadership. Marketshare continues to grow giving a future outlook as positive. Great senior leadership.

Cons

Challenges staffing field roles as they are seasonal. Seasonality increases challenges for training and elevating talent.

Pros

I have worked with 3 exceptional District Managers at this company who are wonderful mentors. Paid training is extensive and clear in everything from hiring, employee coaching, incident management, purchasing and facilities. Excellent support from HR, IT and Management including clearly defined steps for all processes in a system based data set Good company to obtain first hand management skills and training

Cons

Work is seasonal Paid training and off season work is lower than salary base rate Minimum 8 week furlough

Pros

Office lead was the best - very patient and a solid trainer/mentor; good overall team. Training program was very good.

Cons

Back office support was removed in my second year by regional management - became too much of a paper pusher. Did not appear that regional management understood the process and looked at cost in a vacuum.
