Pros

Profit sharing. I used to think some of the other benefits (free lunch on Fridays, gym on campus, etc) were big perks but I have grown to realize that those things are pretty commonplace these days. Some of my coworkers are pretty great.

Cons

Your happiness at work somewhat depends on what certain members of the executive team think of you. If they like you, you will get away with terrible performance and be able to do nothing all day long. If they don't like you, everything you say or do is scrutinized. People who don't deserve it are promoted, and people who do great work get passed over and ignored.

Pros

Yearly reviews and raises based on performance, as well as a generous bonus every December 15th 100% healthcare for you, 50% for your spouse and 100% for your children after 3 years Flexible hours Work from home once every two weeks Three weeks of paid vacation starting On-site gym, fitness classes, track, basketball court and locker-rooms Fully stocked kitchen with fresh fruit and lunch every Friday. Full financial transparency with full company meetings on how we are doing each month. Partial ownership: gain private stocks in the company the longer you work here Relaxed atmosphere with agile development processes, an open-door executive and managerial policy and the ability to define your role in the company. Full support from senior-level employees.

Cons

The owner of the company can be a bit blunt and firm in his feelings of direction for the products. Understandable, considering he built the product from the ground up, but it can still feel limiting for some.

Pros

Hybrid Work Policy: The WFH hybrid model provides exceptional work-life balance for the sales team, allowing flexibility while maintaining productivity. Earning Potential: With uncapped commissions, there's significant room for growth in OTE. Hard work truly pays off. Minimal Micromanagement: Management sets clear base metrics but gives employees autonomy to succeed in their own way. Team and Culture: The team is filled with driven, gritty individuals focused on delivering the best for customers. The company culture is more than just a slogan; it's actively fostered through events and committees catering to diverse interests like sports, wellness, and hobbies. Profit Sharing: End-of-year profit sharing is a motivating reward that recognizes everyone's contributions and incentivizes customer retention and new business growth

Cons

Onboarding Challenges: The onboarding process for the sales organization feels disorganized and underdeveloped. While a new enablement team is in place, progress has been slow, leaving new hires without the structure they need to succeed early on. Outdated Sales Collateral: There is a notable lack of up-to-date sales materials for both prospects and existing customers. Many resources are outdated and fail to reflect the latest software features, making it challenging for even experienced reps to stay informed, let alone new hires who lack foundational support. Communication Gaps: Communication regarding changes that directly impact sales is inconsistent or delivered at the last minute. At times, customers are more aware of updates than the sales team. While there are many communication channels, the absence of a centralized information repository creates confusion and inefficiencies. Limited Coaching Support: There is minimal emphasis on coaching sales reps to achieve their goals. This gap in leadership support often shifts the burden to tenured reps, especially as pressure mounts to close deals quickly. Whether this stems from staffing issues or misaligned priorities, it leaves newer reps without the guidance they need to grow and thrive.
