- Nice events and good food - Casual attire

Cons

- Seniors / Managers failing/ avoiding to help staff, abusing them by their available corporate tools - Hostile behavior from seniors in my group caused me to leave - It seems like if you will not pair yourself with a higher level person right away you are burned and set to be laid off - They laid off half of a group in one day, some of them were there only for a few months

Several office locations, so you can live close to where you work.

Cons

Poor training of new staff. Rude seniors and managers who don't help you grow. Unbearable busy season with an average of 70-80 hours a week. Work 7 days a week for about 5 to 6 months out of the year. Very high turnover.
