Often tasked with having to re-do work over and over due to Management not making final decisions prior. No encouragement whatsoever. Only care about getting the job done mentality. Dock in your performance if you reach out to Manager for guidance.

Too top heavy audit managers, not enough billable work to go around, thus gives you limited exposure to accounting issues / clients if you want to further your career. Being top heavy also means performing original work at the manager level, which decreases your realization on engagements.
