Made $80,000 in the 8 months I worked there.

Cons

6-7 days a week, 60+ hours, forced to clock out for a meal I only got to take 4 times, so busy the majority of the time I couldn’t even go to the bathroom during a shift let alone anything else.

Extremely understaffed, overworked, extremely high expectations, no accountability, management do not enforce policy, run shifts smoothly, help staff, or provide clear and detailed instructions. It’s a grape vine effect, management tells 1 person expecting everyone to know from that 1 person being told. Unorganized, toxic work environment. HR is little help most times. Very little room for advancement unless the management likes you regardless of work ethics. epmoyee cliques, fraternization, and behind the scene work relationships.
