Incompetent management breeds the toxic environment that plagues this company

The managers are so disconnected. They expect you to put your job before your family in a lot of instances (not always, but more often than not). The managers have no clue about situational awareness. The management is so poor in fact, that the corporate Human Resources office had to be called to handle more issues than should be considered normal, but not against the employees, but against the management themselves. They do not believe in team work, they pit each employee against each other to where everyone is out for themselves. No sense of community or helping each other out. They build upon, instill and promote that toxic culture.
