Treats employees like a thieves. So many redundant and odd policies/rules that make work frustrating and inefficient.

Pros

The severance package I will be receiving. Working at an international airport is a great hub for meeting people of all cultures and backgrounds.

Cons

The 8 hour training session in front of a computer is seriously a waste of time. Nobody learns off clicking buttons while looking at a screen. After 8 hours, what does anyone remember anyways? No hesitation in locking out employees. Treats staff like interchangeable objects.

work-life balance, friendly employees, warm atmosphere, helpful managers/mentors, concern for personal well being, decent pay, outside activities and team building events

Cons

not challenging, not an industry leader or a well known company. potential for salary raises low, airline industry hurting therefore they are hurting and there have been layoff of people who were considered "redundant"
