      Worth spending a year in your early 20s

      Pros

      1. Your peers are hardworking, fun, and high on ownership. Will help you stick around until you can't 2. Great place to learn a thing or two if you're just starting out 3. Reasonable autonomy when leading a project

      Cons

      1. Usually a lot of work with negligible support from your managers 2. Disgracefully low CTCs with abysmal salary hikes 3. The management either doesn't care about the ground-level issues or is too incompetent to implement change. Sometimes it can take as long as 3 years 4. You will probably leave for better pay and position and no matter how important you are to the team, you will not be retained

      good team to work with and good incentive structure

      Cons

      Nothing really,the base pay is less for sales folks but you can mint money in incentives
