      1. My team offered me flexibility around work timings as the focus is always on outcomes. 2. The founders are approachable, there is no real hierarchy and it's easy to speak to the leaders regarding your concerns and share feedback 3. Pay scales are competitive, the salaries are at par like most of the good companies in the market I have come across. 4. The onboarding experience was very smooth starting from the first interview call. The interview process and induction was seamless. Every interaction with the HR team has been great. The HR team is the most friendly team in the organization 5. No office politics. Everyone works towards building HackerEarth

      Cons

      1. HackerEarth moved to HSR layout earlier this year from Koramangala. The Koramangala office was amazing 2. Pantry - Fewer options available when one is hungry

      Pros

      Its been close to a year and I completely enjoy here. Never felt like I am distress with work because the aura around is so positive. People are very collaborative and welcome you with a smile. You would never find any Co founders being so friendly and down to earth. Best fit for anyone who is looking for a good work life balance. If you are looking for the right learning curve and also to sense the ownership then HackerEarth is the right place.

      One place where your work and experience is more relevant than your educational background! A lot of energy in the atmosphere! Tons of opportunities to learn and grow!
