I am really sad to know that you have experienced a burnout and depression episode because of working at HackerEarth. I request you to please speak with me personally and I assure you I will do whatever I can to address your concerns.
However, I do request you not to mislead anyone. Though I don't remember everything I have said at All Hands, I know for sure that wasn't a single instance where we implied that we want to be rich so you need to work hard. Yes, we talk about the growth of the company, we talk about being successful but money is not the goal. The objective is to build a business that creates an impact, the objective is to solve a problem, of course money is one of the consequences of doing all of this.
I have always been very open and approachable. I urge you to have a conversation, I really want to understand why you felt this way and how we can address this.
