Pros

There was great team work and everyone got along really well. If help was needed you can always count on another stylist for help and the salon leaders are amazing as well.

Cons

Sometimes I feel that dealing with the public is hard, and the pay should be a little bit higher for everything that you are required to deal with. My manager was always working and I know she deserved higher pay than what she received.

Uneducated, low class co workers, constantly understaffed, expected to accomplish a tremendous amount of work with limited resources, work almost every weekend

commission split, company doesnt offer enough hair supplies to benefit for all ethnicities, needs to have more multicultural marketing and adverstiments
