      There are no pros I can think of

      Cons

      Those who get promoted to management end up getting power trips. Certain drivers are allowed to do whatever and get away with anything and everything while other drivers get in trouble for doing their job. They don't allow drivers to seek medical attention when it's needed (at least in my case). Favoritism is an issue. If management doesn't like you, you don't get decent trips or the hours.

      Easy work. Most of the crews are decent and like to chat.

      Cons

      Auto-dial fails will cost you your guarantee pay, if your area even offers it. High rate of turnover. When things are busy you get paid ok but if things are slow, you’re not making any money. Vehicles are often in poor condition.
