0 safety. 0 brains. 0 integrity. 0 managerial skills. 0 safety precautions. 0 safety practices. 0 training. dispatch never answers the phone. Managers never answer the phone. vehicles are outdated, shouldn't be driven. if you break down good luck - you are on your own. if you should happen to ask for help - you will receive on of three phrases: ' you are insubordinate' you should respect me' and 'you're fired' They cheat you out of pay. THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING - EVERYTHING.

Pros

A couple of the administrative employees, such as Bernie, are great people to work with.

Cons

Dispatch and administration (salaried employees) are worlds apart and have completely different guidelines for their employees. Dispatch appears to support and accept gays while salaried employees appear to be in some type of homophobic click. Everyone is looking for someone to blame. Forget about training from ANYONE and especially do NOT look to HR to meet any of your employment needs!
