Pros

- The product has potential, but execution is lacking. - There are still some talented and supportive colleagues.

Cons

- No Work-Life Balance: Employees are expected to be available 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Burnout is the norm, and managers continue working even on vacation or while sick, setting unrealistic expectations. - Toxic Leadership & Nepotism: Management is a close-knit group that only promotes those within their circle. Leadership is completely out of touch, unapproachable, and refuses to listen to employees. - No Career Growth: There are no promotions or real raises unless you’re part of the inner circle. Hard work goes unnoticed, one mistake will drown you and employees are seen as disposable. - Poor Communication & Chaotic Work Environment: Leadership changes priorities constantly, provides no clear direction, and fosters an environment of confusion, inefficiency, and passive-aggressive threats. - Declining Company Culture: What was once a promising workplace has completely deteriorated. Perks are gone, morale is low, and collaboration is nonexistent. Employees feel isolated rather than supported.

Pros

I hardly see one. I would say people and other engineer I have collaborated with.

Cons

Toxic environment. One of the company’s values is 'remember the human,' but they have already forgotten it. They only care about the company reaching its annual goals, regardless of how it may affect employees. They expect you to be available at all times, even during the weekends. Management keeps changing direction; one day they say something, the next day they say otherwise. They are downgrading benefits and perks. When I joined the company, we had better perks. For example, they used to regularly send gifts to employees to keep us motivated, but not anymore because they only care about reaching the company’s goals. We used to have 10 days off as part of the TGIF program, but now we only have 5. People are leaving the company; they hired 15 employees because 30 left that month. They recently changed the RTO policy, and people hired for remote positions are also forced to go to the office three days a week. My advice: run away from this company. There are better options out there.

Pros

* Good tech to work on.

Cons

* No work life balance. No appreciation of hard work. * Company is going through tough time as it can be seen on the leadership faces. * People in some teams gets promotion every year. * Leadership promotes people who are just active on slack and braggs about every small thing he/she does - even if that's part of their routine job responsibility. * Recently forced RTO policy on employees - same company who used to first do a survey and decide the policy which is best for the people. The whole policy is random, lacks any research and leaves a bad impression on leadership. * In some teams, senior leadership literally threatened people to obey RTO. * Company has cut down drastically on various employee benefits it used to give. * Culture has taken a down turn. Micromanagement can be seen everywhere. * They brag about "remember the human" value. But in reality its a joke. * They will ask for anonymous feedback just for namesake. Do more research and then only join.
