Pros

The products and solutions are solid and leaders in the CI/CD space. The company is targeting an IPO sometime in the next 5 years or so. The CEO is well respected in the industry and has founded numerous successful companies.

Cons

The culture in sales is just gross. Leadership is pathetic and got to their ranks by knowing the right people, not because of prior success or putting in the work. It truly feels like how you'd expect a stereotypical good ole boy fraternity would feel like. It starts at the CRO level and works its way down all the way to the RVP level. Super toxic and fear-led type of management. You'll get publicly ridiculed in front of your peers if you're struggling. The solutions, while top notch, take a good 9-12 months to get a good grasp on. However, if you're not producing and hitting your numbers within 12 months, you better start packing your bags. I saw this over and over and over again during my tenure. You can make good money here, but be prepared to give up your soul in doing so.

Pros

People use to be the best part but no one is left. Empty Offices is a plus its like working from home

Cons

It’s evident that many decisions are rushed without thorough consideration, resulting in frequent errors and attempts to conceal past failures. Management often hides information from the CEO until it’s unavoidable, then shifts blame to lower-level staff. During layoffs, it’s typically management who are retained, especially in departments like HR, IT, and Engineering, which suffer the most from poor management. HR management appears untouchable due to personal connections, while IT had some good guys who are gone now as they alluded to poor management decisions as their reason for leaving. Harness has a huge lack of transparency, contradicting stated values. Prospective employees should brace themselves mentally, as reviews reflect real experiences. Despite being an excellent workplace in the past, it seems to have lost its direction

Pros

- No shortage of work or project. You will learn a lot here! Theres actually too much to do, but so little time. - In office Grubhub credit ( $40 budget so you basically have lunch for 1.5 days) - OK benefits - A few good people left - Good product but they need to innovate to keep up with competitors

Cons

Where do we begin? When I joined the company a few years ago it seemed like a great place to work. Culture and overall vibe of the company was pretty good. 2 years later, the company has gone backwards. The management does not even know what the company values are because they clearly don't put them into practice. I over heard someone in the office saying 'theres absolutely no culture here, not a place for friends. you just do the work and go home.' All employee 'perks' are gone. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE. Company expects you to be available 24x7 even on holidays. This place is so toxic the managers will continue to work even though they are on vacation. They would miss kid's baseball games or graduations if they had to. No promotions, good raises or bonuses. You will grind so hard, you want to get paid? Don't ask for it, you wont get it unless you're a 'yes-man!' manager. There is clearly NEPOTISM here and the only people that move up in this company are the management. Why? because they all know each other! All the IC's come and go quick, because either the managers let them go for a useless reason, or they realize theres so much more on the other side. Sales org is absolutely ruthless the past year and everyone is new (but they all know each other!). People I know that left the company are so much better mentally now. Its such a shame the company has gone down the drain, even with the latest acquisition, I'm sure that company will all quit soon enough. RTO was announced but offices are half empty or everyone is just still on Zoom. The main driver for this was to foster collaboration. The only ones really collaborating are Eng but they are only in office 4 hours at a time. Company burning money on offices that are not getting utilized, workplace team has no idea how to handle employee needs. The only thing keeping some people in the company right now is the IPO vision and belief in the product, but who knows how long that will even last.
