Flexible schedule. Can get college teaching experience if this is your passion.

Cons

Rely on adjunct faculty since they are making way less money than full time. Nearly impossible to secure a full time position. They always say they have a hiring freeze. Faculty are about 75% part time.

Flexible hours, good people, great for students. Good opportunity for students to work close to school and make extra money.

Cons

Confusing chain of command and disorganized. Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Many unclear supervisory roles and separation of duties.
