Great benefits, generally chill workplace, good stepping stone or place to get paid and not care too much about your daily work.

Cons

Next to zero communication between departments, minimal firings from fireable offenses (i.e. there were a surprising amount of people who had jobs still after many sexual harassment complaints made against them, my manager called me a "gaysian" once during a conversation that he was not included in), get ready to add 5+ minutes to your walk from your vehicle to the door, they state DEI is very important yet most of management and upper management is of a single group, minimal use of students to do nominal jobs or help them gain real-life work experience
