Pros

Company grew a lot in the last 10 years... many things changed. Improved benefits and opportunities for career changes while still staying within the same company. Pockets of great culture and well-meaning humans on the team. Field crew does solid work.

Cons

The company's growth has resulted in restructure after restructure, which has given employees a lot to question. At one time, there was a loyal, family business feel. Now the culture is more individual groups for themself and guarded.
