Pros

Half day Fridays and Pretty Office

Cons

Hasbro still relies on outdated technologies and systems and they hardly show any interest to upgrade. It is always a few selected people working and taking stress while the rest don't work. Work life balance is not great. It is not pleasant working experience with AMS team, some of them are way too rude. There needs to be a replacement of staff in their team.

Pros

1/2 day Fridays were great & having the week between Christmas & New Years off was nice. Some managers also allowed work from home once a week.

Cons

Shifting of management, unclear priorities, poor communication, & lots of infighting among internal teams made it difficult to get your job done. Not great cross collaboration & no growth opportunities in certain departments.

Pros

Early release Fridays were nice.

Cons

Felt like I was being judged constantly for being "too old" for the department.
