      Great Pay and Benefits, Employee Owned Company, at our location we do not work weekends or holidays. Awesome Co-workers.

      Management is offsite, great patients and good EMR

      Cons

      Healics is lacking the knowledge or experience in efficiently running a clinic or working with providers. Lost 10K in benefits when previous vendor contract was lost and Healics took over. Management hid behind their canned statement of "that's not our policy" to EVERY. DARN. THING. Favoritism and gender inequity. In twelve years in my profession was never treated this poorly.
