Pros

Health benefits, especially pet insurance is really good

Cons

Work life balance is not very good here. Treats immigrants like slaves. HR department will make it a point to make your life miserable with immigration related issues, international travel. There is no 'Human' aspect to the Human resources. What's the point of 'iBelong' and other progressive nonsense when there is no humanness in you? Not sure how they brag about being Boston's best and brightest. Most top talents within the company have already left.

Pros

Competitive salaries Many hard-working, talented people Small enough that most people know each other, and often get together outside work, which helps foster good working relationships among and between teams.

Cons

One of the best managers of my career was here, but so were two of the worst. Though there are some great managers at HealthEdge, there are also many managers here who are not leaders. A few verge on being bullies, while at the other extreme, some seem afraid to address conflict, challenges, or toxic situations within their teams. Emotional intelligence is in short supply, and the result is that, at all levels, many good, valuable people don't stay long, and many incompetent or toxic people continue to be protected and rewarded. Because goals and milestones are constantly changing along with the organizational structure, it's sometimes difficult to feel a sense of real achievement, and it's also difficult to project and carry out long-term team and personal goals. The seemingly short-sighted and reactive business approach here results in a sense of instability and frustration.

The company has undergone significant transformations over time. While it may have had a more employee-centric focus in the past, its evolution indicates adaptability and potential for future growth and diversification.

Cons

Work-Life Balance: In my experience, I've observed that many employees, including myself, often feel overworked. This can lead to feelings of burnout and impact overall job satisfaction. Management Feedback: I've personally felt a disconnect between the workload and the feedback received from the Asian managers. This discrepancy has sometimes been challenging to navigate. They treat you with no respect in meetings and ask you to do something at the moment when they need something and not considering during your work load.
