As a federal contractor, HealthEquity was required in 2021 to notify its employees of President Biden's Executive Order which mandated that the employees of federal contractors receive the COVID-19, absent an accommodation based on disability or religious belief. But we also notified our employees 3 months later that we were removing the upcoming vaccination deadline after a federal judge enjoined the Executive Order. HealthEquity also takes its Policy Against Unlawful Harassment and Discrimination very seriously, including making employment decisions based on merit and not protected class. If you believe you experienced discrimination during your employment, we wish you would have availed yourself of HealthEquity's published complaint mechanisms so that we could investigate your concerns.
