Pros

Remote and co workers were fun to work with as there was a ton of down time.

Cons

Not enough production to go around. You would just sit waiting for calls for hours. Many days zero calls.. so if you depend on commission it was horrible.

Pros

supportive and kind coworkers and supervisors, everybody looked out for each other. Pay was really good, a lot of overtime, sales goals were reasonable, always paid on time and fully, a lot of resources to reach out to get answers for tough calls. They weren't sharks, and weren't pushing you as a salesperson to be a shark, they had customers best interest in mind

Cons

everything was good except the callers tended to be very clueless about their health insurance, how health insurance worked so they were tough to help at times. The biggest con was the software/programs beacuase we had a bunch of different programs we had to navigate in calls which was very innefficient, also the programs werent very user friendly.

Most people are nice, work from home

Cons

no work life balance whatsoever, I quit when my supervisor gave me a hard time about needing time off for surgery when it had already been approved.

Pros

Good pay, and understanding about taking time off if needed.

Cons

really old tech and could be updated a lot better with more pay transparency as far as seeing commission details and also everyone is a stickler there and they are crazy strict about a lot of things and if you make mistakes they can just fire you immediately with no coaching for improvement.

low commissions During ROY, barely any calls Assigned to one carrier only calls are routed based on skilling accrued PTO no sick time

Letting Go-You’re Just a Number-

$18/hr. Full time. FullBenefits. Unfavorable schedule 3:30pm- 2am.

You are on camera all of the time, you must remain sitting in the center of your screen at all times. Low pay. I have a court ordered custody agreement that has 5 days of the year mandatory. I was robbed while going through training. I notified my superiors and they fire me because I chose to take off the last day of training to go get an ID. My car was sitting over 30 mins away since the week before due to not being able to have time off to get an ID to get a replacement ID. Not even my bank will give me access to my account without it and my SS & Birth Certificate. I can’t get an ID because the DMV doesn’t accept Apple Pay. I can’t even pay my rent because I need identification for a large money order…smh…Shows what their priorities are. Not the employee. Seems like you have to choose between supporting your family or …..Good luck ! Start my new job Friday with full benefits and higher pay. #EndlessOpportunities #Asé People are using it as a stepping stone to better AEP opportunities this season. Even when you notify management you are still penalized and in cases fired.
