Pros

Freedom to take on challenges with no micro-managing and bring new ideas to the table that are taken seriously by the manager. I feel respected for the effort I put in. The leadership is super passionate about what they are doing and it inspires me to do my best. Not expected to put in long hours and work load is reasonably, manager willing to flex work load. Lots of room to move up, especially as the company grows.

Great place to learn and grow within the pet industry. Management is very supportive and there is the opportunity to increase your knowledge and responsibilities. All of my co-workers have been very friendly and supportive as well.

Cons

No health insurance benefits at his time.

I feel like what we do here is truly making an impact in the lives of pets and getting to work for a company whose values align with mine is what I've looked for in my career. I love the autonomy I'm afforded in my day-to-day work as well as the opportunities to collaborate. Plus, I have cowoofers which is a big bonus.

Cons

Some mornings the office dog doesn't come say hi.
