      Pros

      So much has changed throughout the years, I can’t think of a single pro at the moment. Not sure who to blame-poor HR team or senior management?

      Cons

      The company does not treat employees equally. It’s all about favorites. Many questionable decisions made by upper management. Promotions are based on favoritism. People who lack general knowledge of things are being promoted. Some are also VPs. There’s absolutely no work life balance. Hiring and retention have been difficult due to the full time return to the office. Numerous complaints made but they seem to careless. Stuck in the old mindset. A company that prides themselves as a ‘family’, this is one demented family! Be aware.

      Pros

      A lot of the employees are really nice. Met some great people. The products are very luxurious and pretty easy to work with. The company's cred stands strong.

      Cons

      Working at a funeral home is probably more eventful. This company dulls out the personalities of their employees, when you leave work its like leaving jail. There is crazy favoritism and politics. You are also told to lie to clients about whats available and not, absolutely no credibility and integrity as a company. They shred the tissue and boxes and bags so employees cant have any, good look taking a bottle of water from the fridge! They have NO REGARD for their employees, just another robot in line.

      Great benefits. Higher pay. Holiday party at rainbow room is cool. employee sales.

      Cons

      You'll be absolutely miserable within 6 months of working here. Everyone who works here is miserable but no one will leave because of pay and benefits. No room for growth. A LOT OF LIES AND FALSE PROMISES. No recognition for hard work. so much red tape. You'll get in trouble or fired for almost anything. People are scared to do their jobs because they think they will be fired. Treatment of clients is poor. If a client walks in the door all employees run. no one wants to help only if they know client is spending money.
