Pros

Leadership actually cares. Tons of PD and growth opportunities. Reasonable productivity expectations, especially for outpatient PT. Focused on improving workflow for PTs like AI documentation, clinical and staff meetings to promote teamwork.

Cons

its healthcare, so there are tradeoffs and things are always changing but they do an amazing job of trying to communicate WHY changes are happening and get feedback from the team.

Benefits, just eliminated the 401k match and replaced it with a phantom program that is supposed to align comp with company growth. However there is no information on how this program is valued on how we benefit
