- The people at Highfive are the best I have worked with in my entire career - The company goals are lofty, and yet feel achievable due to the passion of the team, and the track record of past success - Great career opportunities - It is exciting to be a part of something so ambitious

Cons

- Typical start up stuff ("on again off again" tension between engineering and sales, etc...)
