Pros

1) massive addressable market with unique differentiated product 2) plenty of room to take risks and test out ideas with support from management 3) smart team with strong experience from the Bay areas top companies - google, amazon, etc. 4) fun atmosphere with music and people that get along with each other. Even teams that typically don't at most companies are highly collaborative at highfive

Cons

Went through some tough times in 2016 (evidence in other Glassdoor reviews) but look to have come out of the woods successfully. Several of sr. management switched out as a result. Much better now though.

Pros

I am working at Highfive more than a year now. Very smart, friendly co-workers and always have something to learn. Always get challenging projects and moving very fast. I am part of the engineering team and never felt a glimpse of politics, everyone help each other and get the work done fast. If you want to work on something specific its just a matter of discussing it with your manager, you'll get it. CTO shows honest interest in employees career goals.
