      As long as you are client paid resource you are safe, If company lose the project then you will be Laid-off

      Good Benefits, decent salary and shift allowance, shift timings depends on the project

      Cons

      Hitachi Solutions doesn't have a bench concept, As long as you are client-paid, with an active project, your job is secure. If Hitachi Solutions were to lose a client project or contract, there is a high risk of being laid off due to project loss. I am one of those laidoff resource.

      1. Plenty of interaction with client. 2. Some nice projects working on latest technology. 3. Decent pay(not the best but not too bad either)

      1. Very much AX and Dynamics centric. 2. Poor work-life balance. 3. Senior management does favouritism.
