Upper management is incompetent and petty. Way too many meetings with upper management loving the sounds of their own voice. 2 hours average with many redundancies. Bring your laptop to meetings so you can at least get some work done while management drones on. Use email to cover your butt because lots of pointing fingers when people don't or can't perform and upper management tries to pin those who are "unpopular". Feels like a high school clique.

The amount of work for amount of pay was nowhere close to equal. My manager did not train me well, and I was paid the least for doing the most work. Advice to potential employees: get everything in writing, follow up conversations with emails restating what the conversation was about.
