Not much room for growth if you're in the administrative area

Decent salary, good insurance, nice PTO and holiday package, good 401K and profit sharing

Cons

There's not much room for growth if you are on the admin side as opposed to the construction of project management side. There is also some favoritism towards family members that is a little unfair.

Family-oriented, faith based, morally-grounded company that is tight knit inside the office.

Cons

Hard core group to penatrate. It seems to be more about who you know rather than what you bring to the company.

Pros

Medium sized company that has all the resources of a larger company. Truly is a family first company. PMs don't travel to jobsites. Culture is excellent

Cons

Probably slightly higher pay at out there. Also, retail based contractor that has morphed more into multi-use, but if retail dies other segments will be tougher to get into.
