The relationship you build with clients. Vacation and benefits are decent. Coworkers are nice. On call team is great. Head office is amazing.

Cons

Salary sucks for the amount of stress you deal with. The owner is super Moody and she yells at you. Belittles you then acts nice when you need a favour.

Inconsistent schedules with barely any notice of work Some terrible office staff Concerns not acted on No transparency High staff turnover Promise always to introduce to client, doesn't happen Promise to always have a care plan doesn't happen Clients unhappy Not enough travel time makes us late for clients Job advert misleading, doesn't match reality Have to traipse to wetherby for PPE though work and live in in Leeds Office staff extremely low paid and overworked, caregivers bear brunt of this Constantly asked to cover extra shifts as short staffed/more clients than carers Started to bring owners family in, don't get why, don't have a clue about care, just trying to sell all the time
