flexible hours, building relationships with clients

Cons

pay is below/slow to meet market standard, upper management is dismissive, support for caregivers seems to be there but no action is actually taken when presented with issues, upper management clearly does not care about their caregivers or clients and only cares about recruiting clients and making money, company will contact caregivers incessantly even when already working/booked to work

Pros

Some of the clients are nice. Some of the office staff are okay too like the receptionist. You can get out in the field and get some air.

Cons

If you are a person of color, you will have a hard time dealing with the many micro-aggressions and racism as it is mostly white and leadership is all white. They overwork and underpay their employees. The office is somewhat unorganized. They are desperate and fake acting. It's a sad place because folks keep passing away. The benefits are terrible!! No FMLA, the holidays are insignificant and you do not accrue time. The culture is bland.
