Pros

Very good company to work for unless you're on the phones then its hell

Cons

Very negative & topdown culture towards call centre staff, lost 40% of pay & job satisfaction is very low due highly understaffed. People feel suicidal sometimes & management doesn't care!

There is a longer comment from Thomas on the nearly identical review from yesterday. We are not going to be going back to the sales incentive led culture that let so many Customers down and nearly destroyed the company. As the years roll by don't you think it is time to go if you can't over it. We are turning down new applicants all the time. Please just give them your spot if you think working in our call centre is 1* due to pay. Also I notice your comment on suicide which looks like it is just copied from the previous review but that is very serious thing to say and this is an anonymous review so I can't help you directly. Please see your GP, the People team, or any manager if that is the truly the case.

Pros

strong values being lived by the majority which makes it a great atmosphere to work in and really engaging. Everyone has a voice that is listened to and you feel you make a difference. As everyone is focused on 'doing the right thing' by both Customers and colleagues it makes life much easier and enjoyable as we work as a joined up organisation.

Cons

whilst we operate in an open and honest culture sometimes people are called out in public by senior leaders, sometimes this is for the right reasons, however it just feels a bit awkward at times.

Pros

A great team environment with a huge focus on Customers. A place where the front line workforce is hugely valued and management understand their job is to support those on the front line. A company with a heart and proud to support its community. A workforce with a passion for making things better and who really care.

Cons

Not the best place to commute to as the M6 traffic is awful.
