Pros

I've been with the company for some time and experienced the good with the bad times. I can honestly say Homeserve is the best it's ever been, from CEO to senior management team to the Front Line. We have a clear strategy that everyone understands and have taken great strides to put the customer at the heart of everything we do. We've still got work to do but I have every confidence we will get there soon. The business really empowers its People to do the right thing and make a difference. If you want personal development and career progression, it's there for all.

Cons

Systems are a bit dated but are being significantly invested in to bring us bang upto date.

Pros

I have been working for Homeserve as a outbound customer service representative for just under a year now, i genuinely love my job, my team and my colleagues. Its the type of place where your opinions matter, you are empowered to do the right thing and you have support when needed. Feedback is welcome as the company is always looking on ways in which we can improve to enhance the experience for both customers and colleagues alike and it is truly a pleasure to come to work each day.The company has great values which you can see in the people you meet within the company. We have some good benefits as well which is a bonus.

Pros

This is an ethical business dedicated to doing the right thing for Customers and it feels good to know that I work for a company where the core values genuinely help shape the strategy. The senior management team is approachable and focused on very clear objectives and the people are incredible; I've never worked with so many positive, like minded individuals.

Cons

We're still transitioning to new and improved ways of working so we can get better at the basics; e.g. communicating change, making sure the right data and management information is in place, implementing changes swiftly.
