Pros

What a great feeling it is, knowing that you are going to work everyday for a Company that you are proud to work for and cannot wait to see whats next... We put the Customers at the heart of everything we do, but also manage to "dare to care" and look after our staff too. This is evident in our CEO being named as 4th best CEO to work for, as voted by Employees.

Cons

Trying to shed the bad press that Homeserve have received over the last few years. We have been working very hard to turn this around.

Pros

Enables people to do the right thing for both employees and customers. The atmosphere is positive and the amount of support you are provided is excellent.

Cons

As the company is in growth, it is becoming a little tight in the contact centre. Maybe some plans can be drawn up to reallocate the space in a more accommodating way.

I agree it is getting a bit tight in the Ryder Building. I've asked some teams to move back across the car park to HQ but no one wants to leave the buzz of the contact center. Plan B then is to build 5 new meeting rooms on the ground floor and then take out one of the "command" centers which take up a lot of space. We have the plans agreed and the building should start soon. Ryder is designed to hold 750 people and we only have 600 so it is all about getting a bit smarter. Stop by and see me if you want to discuss. I'd love to get your feedback on the specifics.

Pros

The focus on the customer is incredible and the people to work with are great - Very supportive. I have been here 5 years and progressed from Call Centre agent to Marketing Manager.

Cons

The system we currently use is very out-dated but this is due to change next year.
