      Pros

      I’ve never worked for a company where the CMO and CEO are more dedicated and committed to doing the right thing for their Customers and their People. People engagement is key at HomeServe, the Senior Management Team go to great lengths to listen their People and acknowledge their hard work.

      Cons

      Some of the systems are quite old meaning the processes are lengthy. Although reasonable, I feel the wages can be quite low compared to other companies.

      Pros

      Best company I have ever worked for!! Fantastic leaders, very down to earth, really care about their employees and customers. Really great benefits and most importantly they listen and put things in pace very quickly!

      Cons

      Sometimes CSTM's feel part of the team and other times we don't, really confused for our existence as can sometimes feel stuck between front line and our management.

      Pros

      The best thing about working at HomeServe is feeling part of something that makes a real difference. Being appreciated and celebrated for your efforts and encouraged to challenge process and make things better not only for our customers but for our colleagues too.

      Cons

      Facilities and technology in the business needs upgrading. It can be hard to do well in your role without the sufficient tools, this is being improved but the time it has taken thus far is the biggest drawback.
