Great spot for professionals

Pros

Really like who I work with! The team really cares about each other and our guests are nice. Many guests know our names and catch up with us when they visit. It’s nice to make connections in town through work. The managers also do so much to make sure our days are as smooth as possible.

Cons

Sometimes the town drama feels like a soap opera. I have no issues with anyone here.

Joining a new hotel brand has been an incredibly rewarding experience! Being part of something from the ground up allows for creativity and the opportunity to help shape the brand’s culture and guest experience. The SLT is open to fresh ideas, and there’s real potential for career growth as the company expands. It’s an exciting, dynamic environment where innovation is encouraged, and every team member’s contributions truly make an impact!

Cons

Being part of a new hotel brand means things are constantly evolving, which can be a challenge—but it also keeps things exciting! Processes are still being refined, so flexibility is key, but it’s rewarding to have a direct hand in shaping the way things are done and seeing the impact of your work in real time.
