      nice people, weak management, customer unfriendly

      Pros

      There are some really good people working here at the lower levels and manager levels. GM/VP are inexperienced in how to run a proper business.

      Cons

      Top management is very weak. Lack strategy, very short-term - revenue at expense of customer satisfaction. All those comments about misleading customers and not providing service is true!

      Pros

      - It's a paying job, they may not make timely expense reimbursements, but at least my paycheck was always there.

      Cons

      General: - No effective communication from corporate management Field Employees: - We routinely run out of the necessary equipment to complete our jobs - As a technician, you will pay for the gas in your company vehicle, regardless of miles driven to and from home, even when management assigns you a site 200 miles away. - Corporate denied an oil change and tire replacement for my service vehicle. When it broke down, I was told to rent a car at my expense if I wanted to get home.
