Flexible Hours, Competitive Pay, No One Looking Over Your Shoulder While You Work as Long As You Do What Needs to Be Done, Co-Workers Are All Very Nice, Clean & Friendly Work Environment.

Cons

Corporate Location Leaves Something to Be Desired But There Are Plenty Of Great Places To Get Lunch, Parking Lot Is A Disaster

Ive worked at MUCH larger competitors, and Hotwire hits the nail on the head with all the things i disliked about my previous employers. Great team, forward thinking employees!

- The pay is a little better than some CSR positions, but after all the aggravation its not even worth it!

Cons

- TINY room - broken down chairs/AC - No support from co-workers or management - NO training! - Faulty bills
