Pros

Flexible hours, depending on your role limited micromanagement, truly an experience that is what you make it. Intelligent co-workers, interesting technology.

Cons

Disappointing salary, no one ever gets a raise or bonus. No such thing as an annual review here. Down side of the lack of micromanagement and flexible hours is oftentimes hard work and dedication goes completely unnoticed and unthanked. Bottle-neck syndrome with company management where company president makes all decisions and is involved to all areas of the business to a degree that it is detrimental to the progression of the company. Some exciting areas and developments but overall lack of a focus on personal growth and career development. Senior positions typically filled by outsiders rather than a deserving candidate internally who has been with the company for years.

Pros

ability to work overtime is sometimes available

Cons

no benefits, terrible pay, long hours, bad service, unresponsive management, no room for growth, every customer is super angry because the quality of service is terrible, lack of streamlined communication, nobody who works there wants to work there, untrained coworkers create ongoing problems which are swept under the rug, no accountability for anyone, and they will straight lie to you about bonuses and contests which are never actually paid out. This place is a joke.

Pros

-Flexible work hours -No micro-management -Employees are all nice

Cons

-The place is a revolving door- nobody stays for very long -What candidates and employees are told about the company is usually not reality once you start working with leadership -Ownership really makes it a miserable place to work day to day -President lacks communication skills to deal with people or clearly define anything from their expectations of them to their goals. One day you are a saint and the next day she is telling you what a disappointment you are -Long range goals and planning change consistently, very frustrating -There is no trust between the employees themselves and the one person running the company -Office is a dump -No raises or promotions -Extremely cheap - won't even provide water for employees -No growth potential or career path
