Pros
Profit sharing comes around at first week of December, look for at least more than 10% of your yearly gross. Owner personally hands you the check, very cool. Overtime, weekly extra days of work (Saturday and Sundays) if you're in to that.
Cons
Positions per hour are below current market specially for production workers in the line. If you're workaholic, no family, no life partner, no high school diploma, no plans, no money management and like to work in production lines, this is for you. Abundance of production line workers volunteering for weekly extra days of work Saturday and Sunday is never ending. Machines constantly being repaired because there is no downtime for preventive maintenance. If there is a day for downtime, little to no maintenance volunteers are found, I understand, these guys needs to be off too, they are here constantly in the weekend to cover production. To be promoted, you need to apply for the position and go to whole interview process like anyone else outside the company. You have the same chances applying somewhere else.
