Pros

Family feel and lots of great people who are dedicated. Park and onsite gym.

Cons

The ridiculous decisions in HR leadership appointments this year have many of us worried that we are going backwards in time and that everything will simply revert back to the mess that HR used to be. Many of the good ones are gone and we have settled on elevating what was left - mediocre at best. However the most recent appointment has us wondering if we are officially in the twilight zone. Seriously, this was a bad move and tough on morale. How come everyone else has to post jobs but in HR they can do whatever they want? Shouldn't we look for the best talent? I guess HR doesn't have to follow its own rules. Who is making these crazy decisions? We are going backwards.

Chris really cares for his team, and everyone I work with is fantastic! "No Estimates" is a fantastic philosophy that saves a lot of time-wasting

Cons

The dictatorial HR department has resulted in multiple people leaving for greener pastures. I may join them.
