For several years there were many mid-level management issues which have mostly been resolved and the company is once again headed in the right direction. Friendly environment, good benefits, profit sharing. However, the best things is probably their commitment to continued education, Hunter has a very generous tuition reimbursement plan, and has even partnered with Ashford University to pay for your entire degree program if you attend their University.

Very focused on both customer AND employee conditions. EVERY decision that is made is made based on the best outcome for the customer, and that it fits well with the employees and company culture. Employee's health and well being is paramount to the owner(s), a tradition strongly carried on by the current CEO from his father, grandfather and other strong leadership team members. This is NO JOKE, the care and generosity is shown to the entire company real. there is not a selfish, greedy or "short-cut" anywhere in this company towards the goal of serving and satisfying the customer. I couldn't find a negative thing to say from my experience
