      I wouldn’t recommend this company. They have taken away commission for their largest job class and wonder why their morale is low. You are prevented from advancing in the company for a year but they make exceptions if they like you (someone went from CEB to management in a year). For employee appreciation week they opted to donate to local charities (tax write off) which employees had no say in. They send out a spam test email which told employees about a new incentive plan and when everyone clicked on it rather than apologize for the poor taste they just said to disregard the email. This company is going downhill and from the sound of it they used to be a great place to work.

      Pros

      HNB has fairly decent time off allowances. Salary is "fair" according to standards

      Cons

      Software delivery process are immature and there is no roadmap (or zeal) to mature (they run both waterfall and quasi Agile simultaneously) . Some folks are very difficult to work with - not responding to emails/chats, not attending high priority meetings (and lack of communication around this). Managers are focused on management and not leadership - although they claim to be "servant leaders". The system (SDLC) does not allow colleagues to add actual value to systems or processes that we are in charge of. They push DEI fairy hard.

      You get federal holidays off paid.

      Cons

      Tenure and loyalty mean nothing. They talk about how great you are, but thats all it is talk because if employees were truly valued the "face" of the company/the people running the face to face interactions then they would not have taken their bonuses away. The annual merit increase is a joke. They love using dress down as a reward for really anything no matter how far you exceed expectations.
