      Staffing on projects was random and can be frustrating.

      Work can be interesting; opportunities for travel when staffed on projects; generous PTO policy when unstaffed; younger culture

      Cons

      Layoffs and downsizing; fewer chances for junior employees to get involved in higher level deals; a lot of pitches and marketing that generated few wins; too many Managing Directors that failed to sell work (top heavy)
