      Pros

      Take on many responsibilities quite fast and most people here work with you to help develop your skills. Very good vacation and benefits packages

      Cons

      Compensation low for the hours worked, experience in general largely depends on the group you're in and the conditions in the market overall. Management tends to change paths on a regular basis and there's no clear directions

      Pros

      The best reason to work at Huron is the pay. A starting salary of $60,000+ attracted lots of interests from college students. There is also opportunity to receive promotions rather quickly.

      Cons

      The work! Getting work at Huron as a new hire is like playing the lottery. Many new hires sat on the "bench" for months before getting their first assignment. Additionally, very few analysts and associates at Huron enjoyed their work. Projects were disorganized and analysts lacked adequate support from middle management.

      Pros

      I enjoy working on different engagements. Your responsibilities change on a weekly and/or monthly basis which allows you to develop a large range of skills.

      Cons

      This can be seen as a positive for some, but some engagements require extensive travel. For someone who is married with kids, this could be tough.
