      I assume you still receive a holiday turkey.

      Horrible benefits. One can hope they treat the public better than they treat employees in the “ wellness” process. Shadowy, Draconian management. Former Deaconess employee. Things actually got WORSE going from CHS to Integris.

      a lot of employees have worked her for years (although many are leaving with new CEO)

      Cons

      new CEO is rude to employees and focused on money not patient care. so many long term employees are leaving. it used to feel like you worked with family, now it feels more like working for a large corporation. this is now a very top-heavy hospital system. they no longer take into consideration clinician input. well-respected, experienced physicians are treated like they are replaceable and worthless. nurses are always short staffed and overworked. health insurance is very expensive and you can only go to integris providers.
