      Co workers are enjoyable. First level manager great! Ins Benny's ok.

      Cons

      To many layers of management. Not enough time off. PPL includes holiday time.

      Co-workers are a reason many employees work for INTEGRIS! We appreciate your comment. Our full-time and regular part-time staff earn Paid Personal Leave (PPL) and EIAB (Extended Illness Accrual Bank) starting day one of their employment. Yes, PPL is to be used for sick days, holiday pay, vacations, - basically time off. Employees can expect to earn 24 days of PPL their first year and with tenure, PPL accrual increases.

      Canadian valley integris has bad work culture

      Pros

      I worked in Canadian valley. Management hired their family member in 2nd floor. They getting rid of good, quality employees, and bringing their buddies to work.

      Cons

      Very bad and racial work environment. I saw a white nurse screaming on black nurse in 2 nd floor hallway. It's sad black nurse was listening silently. Black nurse was in tears.

      Pros

      The people are wonderful and very focused on doing the best they can.

      Cons

      There are no downsides. No pay parking is great. And during bad weather they are focused on the safety of their employees.
